The head of armed force staff Maj Gen. William Azure Ayamdo is driving a powerful military appointment to the Central locale taking after the lynching of an officer Maxwell Mahama in Doase in the Upper Denkyira West region.

Mahama was lynched by occupants on doubt of being an equipped looter. The late Captain Mahama was a military officer with the fifth Infantry Batallion (5BN) at Burma Camp in Accra yet on separation obligations at the Denkyira Boase of the Central area.

The representative of the Ghana Armed Forces Col. Aggrey Quarshie, revealed to Morning Starr the military will be proficient about their examinations and won't abuse regular people.
"We are not going to expect that they [troops] will go and be assaulting the group, no… they are going there to secure the Chief of Army Staff," he said.
"We will leave the security offices that are in charge of exploring such things to do that and we trust that every one of the offenders will be grabbed and conveyed to book. So we anticipate that the group individuals will help us capture every one of the offenders," Col. Quarshie expressed.
