AG drops case against JB Danquah’s ‘murderers’

An Accra High court has released the two suspects, who were being striven for the murder of the previous individual from Parliament for Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah.



The court said the choice was taken after the State Attorney, Sefakor Batse declared that it would not proceed with the trial in court today [Tuesday].

The State Attorney, Sefakor Batse who made the declaration in court gave any purpose behind the choice to drop the charges against the two, Daniel Asiedu and Vincent Bosso.

The Abuakwa North official was on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 cut to death at his Shiashie habitation in Accra.

Two days after his murder, the Accra Regional Police Command, driven by COP George A. Dampare, captured a prime suspect, Daniel Asiedu who professedly admitted to carrying out the wrongdoing.

Vincent Bosso, was later captured as having plotted with Aseidu to carry out the wrongdoing.

Over the span of the trial, the indictment offered in a posthumous report of the MP, Forensic DNA Report, Blood recolored T-shirt of Asiedu, a blade utilized by Asiedu, the three iPhones of the expired.

Asiedu's combine of shoes which he exited at the wrongdoing scene, his jail records, and radiology report deciding his age, his therapeutic report all as confirmation to arraign him.
